DEC 16 - The suave high-flier and darling of Delhi’s Page 3 set,
Tikka Shatrujit Singh is said to be “dating” Hollywood actress with
the Basic Instinct, Sharon Stone. We hear that Singh and Stone
have known each other for “a couple of months” and have so far met
in London, Paris and New York. The next city for their clandestine
rendezvous is believed to be Los Angeles.
When asked about his “friendship” with the sexy and blond Stone,
Singh, family head of Kapurthala and adviser to the chair man of
Louis Vuitton said, “Yes. I was on a whirlwind trip to New York
recently but it was personal.”
Asked if
rumors about his relationship with the Sliver, Catwoman
and Casino star were true, Singh spontaneously said, “How do you
know” before adding, “I’d rather not comment on it.”
But the buzz in the society circles is that the Stone and Singh
have recently struck an intimate chord. “It’s hush-hush and she is a
big Hollywood star so discretion seems crucial right now,” said our
source.
Forty-four year-old Singh, a Doon School and Delhi University
alumnus, has been advising the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group on
its businesses plans in India for the past 10 years.
Whether Singh and Stone will be yet another Indo-Western glamour
couple to make headlines after Liz Hurley and Arun Nayar remains to
be seen. But perhaps after their American and European dates, India
will feature on Stone’s itinerary too.
