Reporting on model Naomi Campbell's bad moods and tantrums is like
reporting rain in Seattle. It's constant and gets really boring
after a while.

The latest has the New York Daily News reporting that the
34-year-old "sinewy supermodel" (we love that bit of onomatopoeia;
just say it, "sinewy") is accused of having slapped her maid, one
Millicent Burton, though Ms. Burton admits to having shoved the
model first, after the beauty got all in her face.
Cops were called. Cops came. Cops took harassment cross-complaints
from both parties. Cops deemed the case to be no higher than a
violation, and it will go no further in the judicial system. No one
seems to know why the two gentlewomen were fighting in the first
place.
The housekeeper accused the British supermodel of pushing her during an
argument, police said.
But Campbell, 34, told police it was she who had been attacked by
44-year-old housekeeper Millicent Burton.
Miss Burton, in an interview with the New York Post, said she was
scratched in the fight and needed hospital treatment.
But Campbell's lawyer said the London-born model "vigorously
disputes the version of events" alleged by Miss Burton.
The New York Post quoted Campbell's assistant, Lauren Meisels, as
saying the fight started when Campbell asked Miss Burton to pack her
a bag for a trip.
"They were rolling on the floor. They were fighting. They were
screaming," the newspaper quoted her as saying.
