FEB 3: Nicole Kidman might well be taking fashion designer Karl Lager-feld off her Christmas card list after he had a pop at her figure.

The fashion legend blurted out that Nicole has a �bizarre body make-up� and �not very much in the way of breasts�.

Nicole appeared in the designer�s dresses for her recent Chanel No 5 advertising campaign � but might not opt for his frocks again after his comments.

Lagerfeld said, �She has this bizarre body make-up: endless legs and not very much in the way of breasts. What she shows to the world is not her. Her perfection is an illusion: she knows it and couldn�t give a damn. There are recipes I can�t divulge.�

Paris won't face charges

Paris Hilton will not face any charges regarding an incident at a news-stand in which she allegedly took a copy of her homemade sex video without paying.

The Los Angeles County district attorney's office dropped the case for lack of evidence after investigating the hotel heiress for suspicion of petty theft.

The sex tape surfaced in 2003 just before the start of Paris' show The Simple Life. She has said she was embarrassed and humiliated that the tape ever became public.

A security video appeared to show Hilton grabbing the video and walking off after buying several magazines reports IOL.com.

Gerry Castro, an employee at Swing News, said that Hilton became furious after spotting the video for sale.

DeGeneres gets wedding ring from girlfriend

Former Ally McBeal actress Portia De Rossi has given her new girlfriend, chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, a wedding ring.

According to the New York Post, De Rossi (31) gave DeGeneres the ring at the former sitcom star�s 47th birthday this week. She also bought a matching ring for herself. The Tiffany platinum bands cost between �238 and �636. �It signifies their commitment to each other,� a source told the paper.

Last month, De Rossi had laser treatment to remove the initials F G, which she had tattooed when she was dating her former lover.

De Rossi, who played Nellie Porter in Ally McBeal, also bought DeGeneres an 80s� vintage Porsche for Christmas.
