31 - India's leading casual clothes designer Jattinn Kochhar is
scheduled to showcase his Fall Winter 06 collection at the Euro
Fashion Week at Berlin this month.
33-yrs old Kochhar is Delhi based who launched his label at the age
of nineteen in the year 1991, without any formal training in
fashion.
His Spring/Summer collection for 2006 is in vibrant hues and Indian
colors.
It includes tribal hand embroideries from various states of India, Phulkari
embroidery from Punjab, Kutch embroidery from Gujarat, Jamavar embroidery from Kashmir.
The Collection of
Spiritual Influence includes: Sanskrit Shlokas (Mantras Which Bring Goodluck
and Prosperity to the one who chants).
--Hindi Collage Print include Style tips in Hindi.
--Maharaja print has image of a Maharaja of One of the Princely states of
Rajasthan.
The Inspiration has been used on the fabric by digitally printing
them.
Vibrant Indian colors like ruby red, Indian blue, aubergine, mauve,
ash grey, saffron, fushia, magenta, klin brown adorn all of the
collections.
Fabric mostly used are Italian Lycra from Carvico S.p.a Italy, Polymesh.
--Embellishment included Swarovski crystals and metal components. Hand
embroidered paisley patches.
--Style: Swimwear for men and women, one piece and two piece bathing
suits for women, square cut and bikini style for men.

gowns and cocktail dresses for women
