Chicken pieces,
knife marked:
6 (8 from each chicken)
Salt: to suit taste
White Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder: 2 tablespoon
Chat Masala: 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala: 1 tablespoon
Ginger, Garlic pastes: 2 tablespoon each
Yogurt: 3 tablespoon
Cooking oil (warm): 2 tablespoon |
Marinate chicken with ginger and garlic pastes.
Add salt, vinegar, lemon and some oil to
the chicken pieces and leave them for 20 to 30 minutes. Then add
rest of the spices to insure every chicken piece is well marinated. Leave
the marinated chicken for 6 to 8 hours or overnight for best results. Barbecue at medium heat.
Use brush with oil for best results. Serve with Naan, Raita, lemon,
chutney for best results. |
