Pepper whole: 4 to 6 pieces

whole: 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
whole: 2 to 3 pieces

Leaves: 2 to 3 pieces

Cumin seed: 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika:
1/2 teaspoon

tomato: 4 med pieces
Salt: as required
Yogurt: 1 tablespoon

Oil: 4 to 6 tablespoons |
Heat oil. Stir fry chopped onions for 5 to 10 minutes
until golden brown. Add meat and stir fry
meat and onion together for 10 to 15 minutes. Add everything else
except yogurt and cook on medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes stirring the
dish on 15
minutes intervals. Add yogurt and cook until meat is medium tender.
Cook on very low heat until oil separates from the rest. Serve with Naan,
lemon, raita, etc. for best results. |
