--Mutton 2 lbs
--Onions 3 rough cut
--3 Red Pepper
--6 Whole Black Pepper
--2 Bay Leaves
--4 to 6 Cloves
--3 Illaichis
--2 Cinammon Sticks, small
--6 Garlic cloves rough cut
--1 inch Ginger rough cut
--Salt to taste
--Half cup whipped yogurt
--1 tsp sugar
--3 Green Pepper
--Oil |
Heat oil
Add all ingredients except yogurt, sugar, green peppers.
Cook on
medium heat until meat is tender.
Add yogurt, sugar.
Cook for 5
minutes.
Add whole green peppers.
Cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
Serve with Naan or Paratha. |
