JEXCA NA Inc., was registered in New Jersey in January 2001 as a non-profit "tax-exempt" (501C applied for) organization independent of the JEXCA NA alumni association. The objective is to provide educational, social, welfare and volunteer based services to the the needy in Bangladesh as well as to the "JEXCAites" - alumni of Jhenidah Cadet College (JCC) who are permanently based in the United States and Canada.

It also participates in humanitarian and educational based activities in Bangladesh by raising funds from JEXCAites and Non-JEXCAites in USA and elsewhere and delivering them either directly or through the Dhaka-based alumni organization of Jhenidah Cadet College (JCC) called "JEXCA".

In Bangladesh, cadet colleges are premier residential based institutions run by the Ministry of Defense offering schooling from grade VII to grade XII. JCC is one of them. The students are addressed as "Cadets". Some of them join the Bangladesh Army while others pursue higher studies.

The Adjutant General of Bangladesh Army is the ex-officio Chairman of the governing body of Jhenidah Cadet College.

The institution is located in Jhenidah, close to the southern border town of Jessore. It was established in 1964. The first batch of cadets graduated in 1970 and JEXCA, its alumni association was formed in Dhaka in 1973 with less than a hundred members. There are currently more than 1,500 registered members from all over the world. The actual number of JEXCAites may be more though.
